Online Workshop: Mum Challenge (5 x 80 Min.)

It's always the same with my children in specific situations! How can I do it differently? I wish I could be more relaxed and easier with my children. Have you often said these sentences to yourself? We are often caught in a pattern of behavior that our children react to. Patterns are learned and can be interrupted. I will take you on the adventure of stopping so that you can discover new possibilities! Are you ready?

You will describe it on a physical, emotional and mental level and, with my guidance, you will consciously perceive it and discover it even more. The more you explore your pattern, the easier it will be for you to stop it. The pattern is your map to freedom, to more possibilities in your challenge and to become yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I participate in the workshop with my child?

  • When your child is a baby, the participation in the workshop with the baby is usually very easy. It can be in a carrier, lying next to you, on your lap or in your hands. Whatever works and is comfortable for you. You will learn how to relax quickly when your child is restless and how your relaxation is transferred to the child. I integrate your child with my attention and give you individual instructions if the planned exercise is not suitable at the moment. When the child is older and has more urge to move, it can be easier without the child, but your learning effect can be greater with the child. It depends a lot on how you want it. Just try it out!

If I am unable to attend, can I make up a unit?

  • I will record every workshop unit and send it to you afterwards. Then you can watch it when you have time. You will benefit more from the workshop if you are live there, as I adapt my instructions to the group. But if it's not possible, then you have the option of doing it at another time.

What is the advantage of an individual one-to-one training?

  • I can respond specifically to your personal needs. There may be topics or physical sensations that you don't want to talk about in a group or that have no place in a group. Examples include severe tension or pain, scars and numb sensations after surgery and trauma. That's what the individual sessions are for. I can offer you them at be more. Center for bodywork or online.
    I highly recommend a combination of group and individual trainings, because on the one hand you have the dynamics and experience of the group and on the other hand you feel the full focus only on you in the individual training sessions and your learning is tailored exactly to you. 

The workshop includes body and breathing exercises. Is this similar to yoga or other movement trainings?

  • Some exercises are similar to yoga or other movement trainings, but the difference is that your attention to the body is trained. Each exercise has a clear goal. This means that your attention is directed to a specific area of the body during each exercise. With this approach, goals such as “increasing my energy level” or “switching off my thoughts” can be possible too.

  • Aim: To relax abdomen and lower back (hand resting on knee, knees bent, head in line with spine, face down)
    Inhale: belly hangs, slightly hollow back, lungs fill up 
    Exhale: push gently up the lower back, relax the vagina, pelvic floor and anus

Why body awareness is important?

  • If you are attentive to your body and feel it well, it will tell you what your child needs - maternal instinct.
  • In order to allow and respond to signals from the body such as tension and to be able to react to them.
  • To have a faster recovery after giving birth.
  • To have more energy and ligthness by recognising your signals from the body more quickly. 
  • To have more silence in your head and to be more focused when you are with your child.
  • To be able to give your child confidence.

I am a mum of two energetic boys and I know many moments when I didn't know how I could have done things differently. I learnt a lot from Grinberg one-to-one sessions, faced my challenges and learned to understand connections. 

I still have challenging moments with my children, but they are fewer and I am back in my focus and strength more quickly. Life with the children has become easier, funnier and more flexible for me and is a beautiful togetherness.
