Sleeping Position

How do you wake up in the morning? Energetic, rejuvenated, ready for a new day? Or stiff, tired, still busy with yesterday’s issues…? 
Sleep easily slips away. While the importance of sleeping well is indisputable, it’s often unclear how to make that happen. 
 
In this 18-minute video about Your Sleeping Position, Avi Grinberg offers some of what you could do about it.

The Rubber Band Effect

Did the last videos tempt you to play with your routines? These three video show you a structured way of doing it. Fighting routines is like struggling with a rubber band — you can pull on it with all your strength, but eventually (normally sooner than later) it pulls back. We cannot cut the rubber band; this is who we are or, more precisely, who we learned to become.

But we CAN STRETCH IT and with time soften it so that its pull weakens, until finally we’re no longer compelled to repeat the routine. Watch the videos below to see how you can do it!
